Tough Week

Mult heten nem volt idom blog irni. Most megprobalom osszegezni mert vegulis eleg durvara sikerdett. Haromszor voltam adidas Runners-el futni es 2 pedig otthon, Ancsyval, mert idokozben O is elkezdett futni es eleg jol jalad vele. Kulon orom, hogy az adidas Runners szineiben.

Tervem az hogy minden heten megkozelitoleg 50 kilometert szeretnek futni, ez most sikerult is. Remeljuk ez a het is sikerul majd.

Emlitesremelto a vasarnapi 20km. Kint futottunk a varos szelen, az idojaras a legkevesbe se volt tul kegyes, mert volt egy kis jegeso, egy kis szel es atlag homerseklet kb 5 fok volt. Atlag 5:12/km tempot azert tudtam tartani.

Last week I had no time to write any new post. Now I try to summarize, it was kind of a tough one. I’ve been running three times with the adidas Runners and two times with my all time hero wife Ancsy, because she began to run, and she’s doing pretty well! Aspecially as she joined the adidas Runners too!

In general my plan is to keep the average 50km per weeks, last week was a success in this perspective. I ran 56km.

Sunday was the only notable day with 20 km. We ran the outskirts of the city, weather wasn’t that kind for us, it was a little icy, a little windy and the average temperature was higher then 5 degrees. No matter what, my average pace was 5:12/km. Cool!

 

10th Airport Night Run

Eleg erdekes volt a repteren futni. Erdekes es unalmas is egyben. Semmi extra latnivalo, csak a nagy beton es tomenytelen sok ember. Orulok, hogy nem a felmaratonra jelentkeztem, halalra untam volna magam. Valahogy a termesztben vagy a varosban futni ezerszer erdekesebb, latvanyosabb. Viszont ettol fuggetlenul, jovere megint nevezek a 10 kilomteres tavra.

A szaraz tenyek

A hivatalos eredmenyem egy kicsit mas lett mint amit a telefonommal mertem, de ez termeszetes. Strava szerint 45 perc 41 masodperc lett, amit a rendszer mert 46 perc 44 masodperc – 10 kilometeren kb 4300 indulo volt ebbol 329. lettem – elegedett vagyok vele, fokent mert nem is igazan erolkodtem, a vegen meg boven volt energiam, hogy megnyomjam az utolso ket-harom kilometert.

Viszont a tavaszi versenyekkel ezzel vege, most mar tenyleg jon a felkeszules!


 

It was exciting to run at the airport. Exciting but boring. Lack of sight seeing, just concrete and shit load of people everywhere. I’m happy that I signed just for the 10k run instead of HM. Run in the city or in the nature its way more amusing! However, apart from this, I’ll sign up next year too.

Results

The official results are a bit different from mine, that I recorded with my iPhone, but it’s obvious. Strava says this is my 10k personal best with 45:41 and the certificate result is 46:44 – From around 4300 participates I become the 329th – I’m satisfied with it, mostly because I do not even really struggled to run like hell. In the end I even had enough energy left to push the last 2-3 kilometers a bit more.

But now the springs races are over and it’s time to prepare to the real race!
