Mult hetvegen ellatogattunk vegre Hamburgba. Egy kis kirandulas volt, varosnezes, pihenes es persze egy felmarathon. Ezuttal a berlini adidas Runners meglatogatta a hamburgi csapatot es egyesitett erokkel vagtunk bele a versenybe.

A verseny nagyon jo volt, nagyon szep helyeken futottunk vegig es egy elkepeszto jo kis trioban futottuk vegig ahol a Fabian volt a pace maker. Igazabol nem vettuk tul komolyan de igy is majdnem szemelyes rekord lett belolle, ami azert vicces.

Finisher Trio

Hamburg. Hamburg csodalatos, elkepeszto szep helyeken jartunk. Az obol, a kikoto resz, a hamburgi strandok es persze a meltan hires St. Pauli utca tenyleg lenyugozott minket. Sokan azt hiszik hogy tul eszakra van ez mar es tul hideg es tul messze… Most nekik uzenem, tevedes! Nagyon ajanlott kis hely egy kirandulasra.


Last weekend finally we had chance to visit Hamburg after years! It was just a short trip, sight seeing and of course a half marathon. This time adidas Runners Berlin visited the team Hamburg and we did the race together. Such amazing team!

Race was good, we ran through super gorgeous places with an amazing trio where Fabian was our pace-maker. It was a really funny race indeed. To be honest we didn’t take it that serious but still it’s almost turned out as a new personal record for me.

Hamburg it’s amazing with many breathtaking places. The harbor, beaches and worthily fameous St. Pauli street with many cool bars. People think it’s too far, too cold, windy… They are all wrong! Highly recommended place to visit. I’m so glad that we made it this trip – worth every cents


Tough Week

Mult heten nem volt idom blog irni. Most megprobalom osszegezni mert vegulis eleg durvara sikerdett. Haromszor voltam adidas Runners-el futni es 2 pedig otthon, Ancsyval, mert idokozben O is elkezdett futni es eleg jol jalad vele. Kulon orom, hogy az adidas Runners szineiben.

Tervem az hogy minden heten megkozelitoleg 50 kilometert szeretnek futni, ez most sikerult is. Remeljuk ez a het is sikerul majd.

Emlitesremelto a vasarnapi 20km. Kint futottunk a varos szelen, az idojaras a legkevesbe se volt tul kegyes, mert volt egy kis jegeso, egy kis szel es atlag homerseklet kb 5 fok volt. Atlag 5:12/km tempot azert tudtam tartani.

Last week I had no time to write any new post. Now I try to summarize, it was kind of a tough one. I’ve been running three times with the adidas Runners and two times with my all time hero wife Ancsy, because she began to run, and she’s doing pretty well! Aspecially as she joined the adidas Runners too!

In general my plan is to keep the average 50km per weeks, last week was a success in this perspective. I ran 56km.

Sunday was the only notable day with 20 km. We ran the outskirts of the city, weather wasn’t that kind for us, it was a little icy, a little windy and the average temperature was higher then 5 degrees. No matter what, my average pace was 5:12/km. Cool!

 

Silly Hilly Trail Run

Hetvegen vegre sikerult eljutnom a Grunewald erdobe az adidas Runners-el. 15 kilomter az erdoben, eleg durva terepen, lejton fel, le. Nagyon tetszett! Vegre egy jo valtozatos edzes volt es vegre nem egyedul kellet bojanogani :)

De miert is olyan jo az erdoben, futni? Egyreszt nincsenek kozelekedesi jelzolampak ami miatt folyamatosan meg kell allni. Masreszt a latvany lenyugozo! Megis a legfontosabb resze ennek az edzesnek, hogy a valtozatos terep miatt, olyan izomcsoportokat fogunk hasznalni, amit sima varosi futas alatt soha. Az emelkedokrol nem is beszelve. Most erzem is ennek az edzesnek a hatasat a labaimban!

Sunday, finally I had chance to run in Grunewald with the adidas Runners. We did a nice and esy 15 kilometers with the guys, up to the hill on rough terrain and slope back down. I love it! At least it was a variety workout and even with a team not alone!

But why is it good to run in the nature? First of all, there are no traffic lights to stop by continuously during workout. Moreover the view is stunning! Still, the most important part of these kind of workouts is the terrain. During to run on different tracks – like this -, we’re training diverse muscle fibers, that we never use for example in normal street runnings.
Now I feel those damn muscle fibers so badly!
