Run Hungary! Run!

Mult het egy kicsit lazabra lett eresztve mivel vegre iden eloszor haza tudtunk latogatni. Igy az ido nagyreszet utazassal toltottuk illetve, hogy minnel tobbet egyutt tudjunk lenne a csaladdal. Sikerult egy kicsit kirandulni is.

Viszont ha mar futo blog akkor kicsit csapjunk is a kozepebe. Futottunk persze Hartan is a dunaparton. Konnyu, egyszeru kis terep. Futottunk Pesten is, egy lassut es egy temposat a Margitszigeten. Igazabol a tempos eleg jora sikeredett. 23 perc alatt futottam le. Ezt kell majd legkozelebb megdontenem.

Mi varhato a heten? Vasarnap megint egy jo kis verseny. BIG 25 Berlin. A nevebol gyorsan ki lehet talalni, hogy 25 kilometerrol van szo. Ami mondjuk igy elsore nem tuniko sokkal tobbnek mint egy felmaraton, de tud az a plusz 4 kilometer kemeny lenni! Most 26 fok van, brutalis napsutes. Vasarnapra viszont esot mond es 15 fokot… Na ez a kihivas!

Last week was a bit easier then the previous one, cause finally we went home first time in this year! We spent most of the time with the family. We had really good time there!

Of course we had chance to run so  we did some nice workouts at Harta, way down to the Danube with Ancsy. We also run at the most famous running place in Hungary at the Margaret Island. First we ran a slow one then I did a speedy one too. I made it in 23 minutes. Curently this is my personal best.

Anyways. What can we expect in this week? I signed an other race at Sunday, called BIG 25 Berlin. It’s 25 km. However it’s not that much longer then a Half-Marathon but this extra 4 km can be tough as hell. Now it’s 26 degrees here in Berlin but the weather forecast says there will be 15 at Sunday with some rain… Challenging, isn’t?
