Silly Hilly Trail Run

Hetvegen vegre sikerult eljutnom a Grunewald erdobe az adidas Runners-el. 15 kilomter az erdoben, eleg durva terepen, lejton fel, le. Nagyon tetszett! Vegre egy jo valtozatos edzes volt es vegre nem egyedul kellet bojanogani :)

De miert is olyan jo az erdoben, futni? Egyreszt nincsenek kozelekedesi jelzolampak ami miatt folyamatosan meg kell allni. Masreszt a latvany lenyugozo! Megis a legfontosabb resze ennek az edzesnek, hogy a valtozatos terep miatt, olyan izomcsoportokat fogunk hasznalni, amit sima varosi futas alatt soha. Az emelkedokrol nem is beszelve. Most erzem is ennek az edzesnek a hatasat a labaimban!

Sunday, finally I had chance to run in Grunewald with the adidas Runners. We did a nice and esy 15 kilometers with the guys, up to the hill on rough terrain and slope back down. I love it! At least it was a variety workout and even with a team not alone!

But why is it good to run in the nature? First of all, there are no traffic lights to stop by continuously during workout. Moreover the view is stunning! Still, the most important part of these kind of workouts is the terrain. During to run on different tracks – like this -, we’re training diverse muscle fibers, that we never use for example in normal street runnings.
Now I feel those damn muscle fibers so badly!
